We offer fast delivery for all our products to all UK Mainland addresses and Internationaly*
All items less than 2 kilograms in weight will be posted by Royal Mail 48 or 2nd class recorded delivery.
All items over 2 kilograms in weight will be posted by Parcel Force, DPD or by MyHermes Recorded.
Delivery time: We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days- except where an ordered item is out of stock, which is very unlikely (never happened before); your order may be delayed for several days. (in which case, we will advise you of any delay).
All items up to 20 kilograms will delivered by DPD or Parcelforce and it takes 2-7 days.

Should an order delivery be incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hour or should an order be lost in transit, we may not send replacement items immediately.
Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If for by any reason you change your mind simply return the goods to us and we will refund you.
You can change your mind within 30 days after delivery.
All we do require is that the goods returned in their original new condition.
You have to pay the return postage costs. When returning goods please contact us first and tell us what is the problem.
If we cannot help you resolve the problem please post your item to us and include your invoice in the parcel.
We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
This speeds up the refund process.
